Selected Projects

Production Records, Not Marketing

Every project below is built on real production data — pilot batch dates, commercial unit counts, registration milestones and the specific machinery that ran the line. Client identities are anonymised under MNDA; the technical detail is left intact. These projects ran through our private label and contract manufacturing lines.

Case Study 01 / 05 · Turnkey Private Label — Amazon FBA Seller

Launching a Private Label Whitening Range for an Amazon FBA Seller

Turnkey Private Label PAP Whitening E-commerce Seller Amazon FBA

An Amazon FBA seller was competing in a category full of near-identical whitening SKUs and kept losing the Buy Box to cheaper listings. They needed a formula that could be differentiated on the listing — peroxide-free, enamel-safe — plus packaging that survived FBA inbound handling without leaking. We formulated a PAP-based whitening paste, ran the sealed tubes through drop and vibration checks, and configured the carton to Amazon’s FBA prep requirements (FNSKU placement, suffocation warning on polybags, fixed case-pack quantity). The first inbound shipment was received and active within six weeks of formula sign-off.

  • 12,000units in first FBA inbound
  • 6 weekssign-off to FBA active
  • 0 leaksdrop & vibration testing

Case Study 02 / 05 · ODM — Independent Brand Startup

Taking a First-Time Brand Founder from Concept to First Pallet

ODM Fluoride OTC Startup Low MOQ

A first-time founder had a brand name, a label design and no manufacturing experience. The blocker was minimum order quantity: every vendor she approached wanted 50,000 units before she had sold a single tube. We structured the project as three staged runs — 3,000 units to validate the market, then 10,000, then a full pallet run — each on the same locked formula so the third run tasted identical to the first. She paid a higher unit price on run one and a normal price by run three, which is the trade-off we make explicit up front rather than hiding in the quote.

  • 3,000units in validation run
  • 1 formulalocked across all 3 runs
  • 11 weeksbrief to first pallet

Case Study 03 / 05 · OEM — Regional Wholesale Distributor

Consolidating Nine SKUs into One Production Cycle for a Wholesaler

OEM Multi-SKU Wholesale Distributor Bulk

A regional wholesale distributor was buying nine toothpaste SKUs from four different factories and consolidating them into containers himself — four sets of paperwork, four lead times, four quality standards, and no single batch record to show a retail buyer who asked. We brought all nine SKUs onto one production cycle: shared base formula with variant packs for the whitening, sensitive and children’s lines, filled on the same campaign so they share a single batch documentation set. The volume commitment let us hold a lower unit price than any of his previous single-SKU vendors.

  • 9 SKUson one production cycle
  • 1 batch setshared documentation
  • 18%lower landed unit cost

Case Study 04 / 05 · Turnkey Private Label — Shopee / Lazada Cross-Border Seller

Supporting Small-Batch Replenishment for a Southeast Asia Marketplace Seller

Turnkey Private Label Natural / Botanical E-commerce Seller Shopee / Lazada

A cross-border seller running stores on Shopee and Lazada across Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines could not afford to hold a full container of stock, and the three markets wanted different label languages and different claims. We split the programme into small-batch replenishment: 5,000-unit runs every six weeks, one base botanical formula, with three label variants produced on the same line and cartoned separately at pack-out. He restocks against live sell-through instead of committing to a container he has to finance.

  • 5,000units per replenishment run
  • 6 weeksreorder cycle
  • 3 marketsone base formula

Case Study 05 / 05 · OEM — West Africa Importer

Rebuilding a Family Formula for Tropical Heat and Long Sea Freight

OEM Fluoride OTC Importer / Distributor West Africa

A West Africa importer was bringing in a family fluoride toothpaste that kept arriving separated: 40 days in a container at 30–38°C followed by warehousing without reliable air conditioning was breaking the humectant system his previous supplier had designed for a temperate climate. We reformulated around a humectant package and preservative system tested at 45°C / 75% RH rather than the usual 40°C, extended the accelerated stability window to cover the full freight-and-shelf timeline, and prepared the NAFDAC submission pack alongside English and French label artwork for the Nigeria and francophone routes. Stability work is covered by our custom formulation service.

  • 45°Cstability testing, not 40°C
  • 24 monthsshelf life in tropical storage
  • 2 languagesEN + FR label artwork

A Note on Client Confidentiality & IP Protection

We operate under strict Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs). While we proudly showcase the technical challenges our R&D and production teams have solved, we never compromise our partners’ proprietary trade secrets, exact ingredient percentages, or brand identities without explicit, written authorisation. The case studies above are anonymised where required. Production data, pilot batch dates and commercial unit counts are factual records from our internal QA system, shared with each partner on a per-engagement basis.
