FAQ
MOQ depends on the formula, toothpaste size, packaging format and production requirements. White label toothpaste using stock formulas can start at lower quantities, while custom toothpaste formulations typically require higher minimums to cover R&D, testing and production set-up. Share your target volume and packaging requirements, and we will confirm the MOQ for your project.
For white label toothpaste, production can typically move from artwork approval to dispatch in about 4–6 weeks, depending on packaging and order volume. Custom toothpaste manufacturing takes longer because it may include formulation development, sampling, stability testing, regulatory review and production approval. We confirm the project schedule before production begins.
Yes. We offer custom toothpaste formulation and private label manufacturing for brands with specific functional, sensory or ingredient requirements. Depending on the project, we can develop formulas for needs such as whitening, sensitivity care, fluoride or fluoride-free options, herbal ingredients and other oral care positioning. Formula development, samples and testing requirements are agreed during the initial project briefing.
Yes. You can provide your own tubes, cartons or other packaging components, or have us source packaging on your behalf. We review component specifications and conduct compatibility and filling checks before production to help verify sealing, print quality and product compatibility. Our team can also work with your artwork and packaging specifications during the pre-production stage.
Yes. Samples can be arranged before bulk production. For white label toothpaste, samples can be provided from available stock formulas. For custom toothpaste projects, sample development may involve one or more formulation rounds depending on your requirements. Sample requirements, development costs and timing are confirmed before the project starts.
We support regulatory and label review for the markets we serve, including ingredient and claims checks and documentation for the products we manufacture. For U.S. projects, we can support the preparation and review of product and label information against applicable FDA requirements. Because regulatory requirements vary by product type and destination market, final compliance should be confirmed for each market before launch.
Our manufacturing and quality systems follow the applicable requirements for the products and markets we serve. Depending on the project, we can provide relevant quality, manufacturing and product documentation for review during the supplier qualification process. Available certifications and documentation vary by facility and product, so we recommend confirming the specific requirements for your market with our team.
